[ WELL, i don’t know about mammon, but brilith is currently blind as a bat! she’s been walking into doors and things everywhere she goes, it’s great. eventually she just accepts this fate and resigns herself to staying in the room for now, but when the door opens, she perks up a little. ]

It's easy not to notice something in the surprise of waking up here. It's been pretty chaotic since we woke up, after all.

[ do you ever have a bad day that just keeps getting worse even when it seems like it shouldn't be able to? that's how today has gone, for sure, so brilith is relieved to make it back to the quiet of the joom. when the door opens, she's curled up on the chaise she claimed last week, hugging her knees to her chest. ]

It's true that none of us really know each other, but it's hard to believe that someone could kill another so easily. Only sura are like that.

They're... one of the three races. They have no concern for the lives of anyone else, only their own. A few years ago, they destroyed much of my city and killed so many people just to get to one person.

If Nikki is sick and passed it on, we should try to see if there's something we can do for her... or at least to prevent it from spreading further.

I... I don't know. I've never been that good at healing magic, and even if I was, my magic is sealed. The only thing I could think to do is ask the hosts for medicine.

I guess that makes sense. I don't think it was one of my kind, but all of us have the ability to hypnotize humans into doin' what we want. Some are even more powerful than others.
